What to Expect
Plan on about 60 minutes for your first visit.

Thorough Exam
Dr. Huber or Dr. Luther will examine your teeth, gums, bite, jaw joints, and soft tissues. We will take digital X-rays as needed.
Professional Cleaning
You will get a professional cleaning from one of our hygienists, unless treatment needs to come first
Talk Through Your Options
We sit down and talk about what we found, what we recommend, and what it will cost. You will have time to ask questions and understand everything before any work begins.
What to Bring
- Your dental insurance card, or the full name of your dental insurance, your Dental ID number, and the address of your dental insurance company. Your HR department at work can help you gather this.
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Any recent dental X-rays from a previous dentist if you have them
- Completed new patient forms if you downloaded them ahead of time
Office Policies
Appointments are an important part of your treatment because time has been set aside just for you. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule so we do not hold up other patients.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that things come up, and we appreciate your help in keeping the schedule running smoothly for everyone.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all fees, and we will go over estimated costs before any treatment begins. Charges are due at the time of service unless we have worked out other arrangements ahead of time.
Insurance & Payment
We accept most major dental insurance plans and offer CareCredit financing for those already approved. Our team will help you maximize your benefits and understand your coverage before treatment begins.
